Who sees my profile in your database?

We are NOT a dating app! So, that means the only people that see your profile are our matchmaking team. Our dates are vetted and curated so we don’t allow clients or members on the free database to search through the database…and that’s the fun part! If you’re sick of swiping, you’ve come to the right place - because we do all of that work for you!

Am I guaranteed a date if I’m in your free database?

You are NOT. The free database is the first place that we go to look for matches for our paid matchmaking clients. But, that doesn’t mean that everyone in the free database will get a date. If we have a paid client that we think would be a good match for you - we will reach out to schedule a video interview to talk it over! Interested in a paid matchmaking package? Am I guaranteed a long-term, serious relationship if I hire you as a matchmaker?

We wish! But, because we’re in the business of humans we can’t guarantee that you’ll develop a long-term relationship through our services. We can guarantee that you’ll be set up on vetted, curated dates with matches who we have interviewed to ensure you align on goals, values and lifestyle. Because dating and attraction involves a little bit of magic, too, even when two people align on all of these things, it doesn’t always end in romance. But, we believe if you come to us with an open mind and open heart, you’ll have a great experience and the best chance to meet your match!

What if I come to a singles event and there’s no one I’m interested in / no one in my age bracket, etc.?

Our Singles Events are a little different! Instead of trying to pigeon hole people into groups based on age or other demographics - we welcome everyone! Sometimes this means there may not be people you directly connect with on a romantic level, but we believe that every event is an opportunity to practice skills in meeting and connecting with new people. You never know where a new friendship may come from and we have even seen people connect at events that set each other up on dates with people in their networks! So, give it a chance and don’t be shy! We’ll be there to help you mix and mingle!

How long does a 3 match package run?

Every client is a little different and is looking for different things. If you come to us as a paid client looking for some very specific things - it may take a bit longer. The good news? Your match package doesn’t expire as long as you’re actively single and working with us - so if it takes a little longer to find you a match we feel great about, you don’t have to stress!

We have seen dating packages take anywhere from 4 - 8 months or more but varies GREATLY from client to client. Our biggest promise to you is we won’t throw a date at you that we don’t feel good about just to satisfy your contract - we’d rather take our time and find you someone we can all feel excited about!

During your time with us, we also provide you with ongoing coaching opportunities, access to dating courses, discounted or free tickets to singles events and more to help us help you in your dating journey. We see the greatest success with clients who participate in our events and get to know others in our community.

If I pause my matchmaking packing to start dating someone while I still have matches left, what happens to the rest of my match package?

Your remaining matches will be usable for one year from when you pause your account! That said - hopefully you never need or want to use them! We do not issue refunds for unused dates, because the whole point is to help you find love! If that happens before you use up your match package - we can all do a big ol’ happy dance! If you have unused matches and want to revisit working together, we’d be happy to talk with you!
